A statement from Blind Veterans UK

Following a staff consultation, we have sadly made the decision to close our Llandudno centre. 
 
Our wonderful team at Llandudno has provided exemplary support to our veterans over the last 13 years and this decision is in no way a reflection on them and all their hard work. 

We will continue to support all veterans in Wales to ensure they continue to receive the support they need through the facilities, programmes and community outreach we already deliver.
 
Although very difficult, we believe this is an important step towards making the charity more financially sustainable and helping secure the charity’s future. 

Blind Veterans UK is a national charity, and it will continue to provide life-changing support to blind veterans in Llandudno, across Wales, and throughout the whole country.

We are immensely grateful to the Llandudno team for the invaluable contribution they have made to the charity and the lives of our veterans.
