Ballot tickets

Due to the expected high level of interest for this event, Members expressing their interest to attend will be chosen via a random ballot.

We will let you know if you've been successful via email, letter or phone call by 5 July 2024. (Please note, letters may take slightly longer).

Founder's Awards

There will be a Founder's Awards presentation during the dinner for a small number of 'Highly Commended' award recipients.

If you'd like to nominate a fellow Member for a Founder's Award and want them to be in with a chance to receive their award at this memorable event, please fill in the nomination form by 7 June 2024.

Military personnel attending

Members from the Royal Airforce Police will be in attendance, sharing memories and presenting Founders Day Awards.

Should transport be required, please liaise with your local community supporting team to discuss options.

All Members are welcome to bring one guest/carer.

Dress code

Military blazers, lounge suit or dinner suit. Female equivalent dress. Additional badges such as military memorabilia may be worn, though must uphold Blind Veterans UK standards and ethos. Berets worn outside of venue.
